My family has suffered a huge loss...

 I don't live with my parents anymore, but I got a phone call at 2am on Monday. My parents house had caught on fire, and my they suffered horrible burns. My dad had to make my mom jump out of the 2nd story window with their puppy in tow, and catch her to make sure she would land on him.... but...

My little 13 year old brother Jesse died in the fire.

Now Mom is in a medical induced coma, and has 2nd degree burns on her body from trying to save him. My dad has burns on the bottom of his feet, on his shoulder, and his right arm. However, he checked himself out of the hospital and is trying desperately to scrounge up a life for the two of them before my mom wakes up. 

It's still painful to think that my little brother is gone... on Saturday, I bought him Streets of Rage 2 to play on my Sega, and we played together to stage four. And we played a lot of Super Mario 3D world the week before... it's just a bad fucking nightmare. My sweet little brother is gone now, and my whole family is asking themselves how we are going to go on from here without him.

For those of you who have younger, older, or even step-siblings... never forget to tell them you love them. Never say that you hate them, or that they are annoying. You better hug them and tell them you love them, and sorry for fighting. You know the saying, "Live today as if it were your last?" Well there is another part, "Love others as if tomorrow was their last day."

Don't believe me? I am the perfect fucking example. My little brother and I were playing video games around this time on SATURDAY. And now he's DEAD.

Love others as much as you can, because you never know what will happen to them. You may never get the chance to say goodbye.


Jesse, if you can hear us... we love you, and we hope to see you again one day in heaven. Take care of yourself, and please fly safely... Rest in peace sweet boy..
